Being on a thursday doesn't help but I don't think it was marketed that well and its a four man tournament with some big skill gaps in players imo. | ||

Sure, but IPL is watched by 2k-5k people, I'm sure they'd want a bit more viewers for this event. The thread on here had two or three pages before the event started after it had been up for two weeks. There was no thread on Reddit about the event being live in so-and-so-many hours, etc. The general public really had not much of a chance to notice it. | ||

It could be also one of the reasons. Anyways i wouldn't expect a higher viewership for this on a thursday to be honest. | ||
