And in these max vs max battles, ironically, BLs are actually good vs Vikings in that they can take out the Thors quickly and reduce all that splash damage to your corrupters which just kills the Vikings.

There were 19-20k viewers just now for the EGTL KT game. 10-11k average is decent considering how many days in a week the games are being played and considering this is a long-running Proleague season (there's no finals or something till end of the year/season).

This has been pretty normal this season. When it's not EG-TL it was averaging around 7k so this is an improvement.

If they actually hyped it up and introduced more fans to some of the Koreans they could get so much more for the non EG-TL games. The best part about the EG-TL broadcasts was they actually hyped/told people they games were happening.

Not really? For one, they're different formats, and SPL doesn't have non-kespa players (for the most part). There also hasn't really been any chance to compare the two in terms of timing. This is really only the first "real" season of SPL because hybrid format will live in infamy or people will try to forget about it lol

Well GSL has been on hiatus for a really long time, but unfortunately, yeah, I'm getting more and more interested in the SPL. Prefer the team-focused format that the GSTL never really could imitate. We'll see though with GSL coming back again.
