I would argue it feels like that because the few (whiners) that stay, you still interact with them on the forums whereas the ones who left well... "out of sight, out of mind." That said, I don't actually have any numbers to support myself so it's all speculative. Though saying all is probably wrong since absolutes are usually wrong. EDIT: Needed more specificity.
