It's not a " best player of this year " ranking Yeah, these unofficail rankings are based off of best at this very best moment. If it was best overall, no one touches MVP.

Ryung based on his GSL run or? cause outside his GSL run he hasn't done much of anything. He beat a MKP who completely fell apart in the ro8 and took 2nd place in both his groups in the ro32/16

Been a consistent presence all year, and an unbelievably good run recently. 3rd: WCS Korea Top 8: Battlenet World Championship 1st: Dreamhack Winter 9-12th: IPl5 Made the IronSquid live finals 1st/2nd: NASL

No way he deserves player of the year over a korean. such an annoying argument. Stephano beats koreans at every damn tournament. and not just koreans, the best koreans. every tournament he is in, he is a threat to win. you have to win foreign tournaments to be up for the player of the year because there are only what, 5 GSLs? No Koreans other than MVP kept such a high level of play for such a long time. And Stephano won LSC2 just a month ago, got 3rd at ESWC the week before that and nearly reverse all killed Team Korea at the GSL WC last weekend. Dude is still playing fantastic. when looking at the whole year, MVP and Stephano are the two best choices. I would have went with MVP, but Stephano is deserving.
