i think what makes this tournament sometimes really funny IS that the matches arent that great sometimes. if we only see the highest level of skill there would be a lot less to laugh about with the casters

I could enjoy and laugh about bad play from any of the multiple daily tournaments that get streamed and casted. However, there are only few events that has the financial stability to consistently get high level players to attend. Watching those players crush semi-pros/amateurs for 10+ matches is so boring. It is a waste of resources that could be used to produce a high level tournament like IPL. Just imagine IPL with HSC production and content.

And I can't believe you would like to see the player lineup of IPL for an event like this. Do you like watching a bunch of shy guys who know like 10 english words sitting on a couch casting games?

Half of this line up wouldn't qualify for any other major tournament. This is the WORST lineup since IEM Singapore, without Stephano/Violet it can't be considered a major event.
Why wouldn't you want to watch the BEST players go against each other rather than bunch of rejects try to get attention? I would rather watch Mvp mutter 10 words than no-result-no-name try his hand at casting. He would point out relevant information and give insight to how great players view the game instead of mouthing off nonsense like majority of the casters do.

Besides that, I love HSC, its one of the most enjoyable tournaments to watch.

I don't think Stephano will win this, cause he'll probably get drunk again. He doesn't take this tournament to serious, like most of the players. I guess maybe MC, who always performs well in HSC, or Snute will take the win.
