AFAIK, there is such a "surgery" but I wouldn't call it plastic as it's a pretty extreme measure. It involves breaking the legs (not sure if femur/ankles) and then using metal braces or rods to keep the break separated so the bones grow back together longer. I don't think that's why, though. I think it's just clothing choices. | ||
