That will make the tournament unwatchable for many people, but it's good news if he's finally taking some significant time off to rest.

it depends, the problem is that the infestor is the key to the 3match ups so tweaking it might fuck one really bad. if it's ZvZ i don't really care but it might be bad from a spectator pov.
