He was out played overall but the most important element was dream's multi-tasking, Rain just could not keep up with the never ending harassment with drops, hellions and banshees.

I would say Rain just didn't have enough defense and Dream really well took advantage of it with multiprong attacks.

Those were awesome though. Can't wait for this elephant business to be over with so that our fanbases can get back to hating each other.

I really want IM vs ST to get worse

I am far too nice to insult those dirty dirty Startale chumps

I guess, but I can't hate IM the same way I hate SKT, the SC2 comparison will always be a smaller scale version

also wtf potentially Life vs Squirtle and Flash vs Symbol last round of Code A, Gom really wants the world to burn this season

No way Squirtle would have a chance against Life though.

Life's not played a PvZ in a long time, so we really have no idea how good his matchup there is. It's been historically his worst matchup.

Will Life even play Squirtle? Yonghwa v Squirtle is probably a toss up.

Dream's unit choice was really smart indeed. I repeat but I really don't think it was because Rain didn't have a good enough multitask. The only real micro error he made was lining up his probes when escaping from helions.

Outplayed it's like Rain is loosing because having less skills. Imo it's more Dream hitting a good timing with the right composition.

Maybe but I wouldn't call that "outplaying". 1st game: Rain loses because he donated templars in the middle of the map. 2nd game: he loses because of a good aggressive timing by Dream + he didn't split well his probes to hellion drop. That's basically it imo.

Well he read the situation wrong which means he is lacking in decision making skills. If he didn`t have enough defence then it`s his bad decisions. You can try to twist it any way you want but Dream clearly out played Rain today.

So you're basically saying that a BO loss or anything implying luck can't be taken into account in SC2. The 1st game was long and close at least until these templars died in the middle. The second game was short and the shortest is the game the more you can misread the situation (Edit: especially against a terran walling up).

Damn it's hard to admit Rain has been outplayed by a low tier player this night.

I distinctly remember a disturbing number of T1 icons rooting for Flash during his code A debut.

And KT fans rooted for Rain.

Better than rooting for Bisu =P

Sure, but it's the first feat of this kind he pulled iirc.

I remember him appearing here and there and sometimes losing series a bit closer than you thought he would against good players, but that's all.

Here, he 2-0'ed convincingly Rain, which is somewhat really honorable !

If he keeps this going, then he'll climb the tier, that's what I'm implying by this.
