Build order win is not outplaying. I think you'll find it is. Polt out smartened PartinG and read him like a book, thus outplayed him. Yeah I agree. It's like all the Nestea hype. Knowing which build orders to use against certain players is definitely outplaying. Blind or Coinflip BO wins (like on the ladder, you do a 2 gate proxy against a zerg going 3 hatch before pool on a small map) is not outplaying. However since this is the GSL and players generally know play styles, BO wins can be considered outplaying. A lot of players in SC win by "reading their opponent" and just picking BO wins (Nestea during GSL July is a good example). If something in a game can be consistently done over and over by a certain player, you can call it part of skill instead of luck or coinflips. Edit - NVM, you're right. Thought you meant outplaying as a general term for playing better than the opponent.

This was the reason why Nestea was so dominate, he studied the person not the matchup; however, everyone at this level at this time can do that now as good if not better than nestea...Nesteas' main....non-perfection is his mechanics is not up to par with his 1mil intelligence

Sniper didn't use Infestors in front of Blizzard. It would have just been too damn obvious.
