A terran stream watchers dream come true... No ZvP!!!! or ZvZ!
YES!
Excited because its not a zerg fest haha.
Bratok 2-1 Happy 2-0 Beastyqt 2-1 Kas 2-0
4-0 empire
BratOK 2-0 Happy 2-0 Beasty 1-2 Kas 2-1
Empire 3-1 upset potential only if dignitas manages an ace match because Empire Terrans are naturally weak against Zerg.

YES!
And a Zerg player's worst nightmare.. TvP everywhere xD
Happy vs Bischu will be cool, but otherwise they all look one sided. BratOK, JR and Kas being the favourites.
This shouldn't be close. I'll go bold and predict 4-0! Every map counts!
god bless empire, its always guarateed to have some terrans playing ^^
So many PvTs. I like this

empire is like the ultimate terran team.
the matchups sound very one-sided. i predict empire 3-1.

brat_ok in a decent form! gj

Jesus, that final engagement from Happy was well fucking done. These last two series should be the best imo, looking forward to it.
Nice, hope for some good games!
no ZvZ
The best fights for him will be when beastqt tries to attack though. Zerg is in a better economical situation than terran here, so I think sitting back might be the best choice. Infestor harass or something would be good though.
This started with a 2 rax...just sayin.
Sometimes the best choice for zerg in these situations is to let terran spend 20 minutes and all their money nuking the ground, then you can win once they've wasted it all on lots of orbitals and useless nukes.

If Beasty were to push a bit earlier, JREcco had very few hatcheries that actually had larvae at em. It's a shame I think he waited a tad too long to pressure with his main force but it's so hard to make that call and execute in game.

I'd be more impressed if JRecco would have saved any of his drones from any of the nukes. I guess this game is what annoys me the most about infestors. As long as zerg has a giant mass of infestors, it is borderline impossible to beat. Beasty played amazingly in the late game but it felt like JRecco had a mass of infestors and beasty couldn't do anything about it. Basically his mistake was letting the game go to the lategame. Doesn't make for fun games to watch.

how any nukes were used 10, 20, 30? That's 2-3k gas gone on nukes....
lol thank you InControl, for making that game awesome

On a different note, I'm not convinced Beasty gave a fuck about that game. He's advocated pretty strongly that a super passive terran like that isnt going to win. I'm curious if he was the last to actually play his set and Empire had already won 3-0 ?
edit: On second thought I'm mis-remembering stuff Beasty's said, I think

jerecco so cost efficient.
Nicely played by Bling! :D GG

That. Was a really sad game...

If Recco had lost any significant number of infestors, he would've lost, but because infestors can counter literally everything with fungal, neural, and infested terrans, beasty's attempt at winning in the lategame was useless.

i am calling foul play by kas. he's lubing up his hellions with grease.
happy 2-0, nice to see : ) : )
setting up for the 3 queen counter attack to harass the mineral line at the fourth.
well that went stupidly, i am zerg and i feel bad for kas..
This has been a ton of enjoyable commentary by iNcontroL tonight. I love Whoopie Goldbergs as well.
As far as that super long game, I wonder if it would be viable to trade ghosts for infestors, rather than dropping futile nukes all game. It was painful to see the zerg's gas at 10k while the terran's dwindled. Banshee's might be viable as well. It's a bad mineral trade but decent for gas, and you have more control over your units creating success, rather than hoping a nuke works.

really good damage control by kas when he got caught with his pants by the brood lord infestor tech.
Congrats to Dignitas! Nice match.
Congratulations to Dignitas. JohnnyRecco is proving to be a true asset, congratulations on his pickup.

Looks like my prediction came true :D
I honestly feel that with the improvement Happy has shown consistently for the last 3-4 months, he's probably the ace/most. reliable player Empire has atm. WP to Bling and Jrecco, recco being consistent as always
JRecco holding it down for dignitas once again :o
I'm shocked Kas lost to Bling. How were the games?
Aw fuck, I feared this would happen. :-(
Empire really should have signed some patchzerg a while ago.^^ Jokes aside, they need someone who's consistently good against Zerg.
I wish they had sent Happy out as the ace player, but saying that in hindsight is always easy.
Imagine if Empire still had Nerchio or viOlet (or Naniwa ;D), what a sick team they'd be.
really dissapointing result.. still can't believe kas lost to bling.. -_____-
