He wasn't full time until September 2011. He was in High School up to then. There is a thread on TL about it. Remember the Complexity contract issue? He signed an employment contract with Mill in late Sept 2011. MC, Nestea and MVP were playing in the GSL in Sept 2010 - a full year earlier. Stephano won about $5000 before going full-time.

I wonder what Nerchio could accomplish if he focused on SC2 full-time :o

I really enjoyed watching Lone Star Clash 2. I would like to say thanks to the Organisers, TESPA, CSN, the Rosen Bros and all the volunteers. I would also like to thank all the casters and the players and the hosts. I also thank the sponsors who provided the financial support and helped attract such a quality field of players.

I think you pulled off an event you can be proud of, and something that the American SC2 scene can be proud of too. Considering this was a student initiative, then this was even more impressive. Obviously there were a few issues with sound, the stream and those pesky ants but overall it was very enjoyable from my perspective. So thanks for the efforts involved in LSC2. Already looking forward to no 3! I think you are really showing what is possible in terms of hosting an 'amateur' grass-roots e-sports tournament in NA. The bar is being raised high indeed.

I too, want to thank all of those that attended the event live and who supported this event online. I am finally catching up after a long week in Austin and would like to thank all of those involved in making LSC2 a success. These events would not be possible without support from the developers, sponsors, fans and especially the players/teams.

Now that the event is over.. I would like to continue the conversation on this thread... but focus on ways to improve. After each event.. regardless of the size, its important to look back and take notes of ways to improve the product for everyone involved.

Were there issues to be resolved?
Features to be implemented?
Formats to be adjusted?
Systems to be tweaked?
Sponsors to be considered..

etc...

Again, Thank you all for the support. Look for more from CSN/TeSPA as the weeks pass by and we enjoy the 'big boy' shows.
