I agree with Germany having the best beer in the world - It's just a shame, that it's all small local breweries. Not the small brewery-model, thats awesome. However I feel like they could go around exporting/spreading their production around alot better than they are right now.. I've travelled through Germany several times with a few people that has familly down there, and I was really bummed out that the awesome beer you could buy locally at a certain place, you couldn't buy just 50km away from the brewery. I feel like every small region of Germany is very 'protective' of their local brew? As in they only sell the big brands and then the very local stuff at any given place.
