Meh, listening to Root on Rountable (or fun at all!) is not worth staying up late to watch the rest of these games. If NASL is going to have stuff like this, on a Sunday, atleast set the time back.

NASL can't possibly be doing well by looking at the LR threads and the other simultaneous events getting more pages and hype.

Take a look at their viewer counts then. You will be surprised.

As fun as it is. I do think it would probably be better to start earlier rather than push the games back.

You can see it on twitch, and by mousing over the link to the right. Despite the lack of posts here, they steadily get 3k-5k, and on occasion can peak at 7k or so and that's for their regular season.

Or have the discussion at the end of the broadcast. That way there is the option to discuss the games too.

For Mr. Bitter and Rotterdam, The Great Bambino, as described in the Sandlot:

I didn't know that about the Bambino curse (from the cast, not the clip) though.

Edit: there's an additional scene in the movie where the kid's mom tells him about the baseball signed by Baby Ruth, and he's ashamed that even his mom knew who Babe Ruth was when he didn't.

I love mr bitter. Great caster. Easily one of the best. But...

No seriously. I'm not complimenting him to give myself free reign to insult him. Dude a legit caster. Top 10 in the world NP. BUT!

Sometimes he just wants to tell a story. Like the one he just told about Baseball. Why did he tell it? And why was the story so long? Rotti says 60 HR for Ruth and then Mr Bitter decides to tell a long story and Rotti is just WTFing (or maybe I'm projecting on to him).

Same thing happened last night. Rotti talks about flipping a coin in Dubai and Bitter tells a long story... but it's just them flipping a coin but long. WTF. So strange. Maybe I'm crazy tho, guys. It just strikes me. And bothers me a bit LOL.

Rotti + Bitter is the best duo in the game right now NP.

Have to second this on the poor use of downtime, if I wanted to watch people talk around a table I'd watch Big Brother, they do ok on the viewer count levels even though the show starts at a really bad time for Europeans, even the EU re-broadcast starts at a poor time for Europeans ironically.

Thank you LP for being awesome.

Bitterdam streamed it remotely from California, there was no stream live from the event, not even in French. Wasn't too exciting, lots of downtime and nobody knew what was going on because the only contact BitterdaM really had to tell them what's going on was LucifroN and he was busy playing.

It was probably cool as a live event but streaming-wise it was kind of a failure.
