TaeJa vs SaSe game 1 was high level play? Okay.

lol

such troll bait

high level play =/= high level entertainment

I've never understood how some people have such a hard time separating the two

but how is it more entertaining to have a foreigner play? We just see starcraft units on the screen. We aren`t watching Sase dance and sing on stage.

It's all about the story. Yet more Korean dominance is a story that isn't that interesting.

But more Stephano dominance is interesting? Yeah massive story right there.

Idiotic play. Damn, this tournament started so promising. The closer we get to the finals the more likely it will be a TvT fest - depressing.

:O what? TvT is like one of the best matchups (by far best mirror) especially when it is two korean terrans.

PvP is better in my opinion.

No.. Just no...

TvT is a matchup of strategy, intelligence and micro with great depth. PvP is a razor sharp and volatile matchup of early game mechanics and build orders, or ultimately a colossus wrestling match. Can't even be compare.

Whatever fan boy,im my opinion TvT is just tank v tank.

lol, okay fan boy.

<.<

You can say that about any fucking mu,doesent make it right.
Every mirror has its strong points and bad, theres no one mirror thats better then another.

Thats why there are tournaments like WCS Europe where you can get excited for non-Koreans. That gives me an idea, maybe you can write to tournament organizers and ask for them to ban the Koreans, then you can have your entertainment.

I hate it that people can't seem to cheer for the koreans / see the korean story lines This is what really hurts foreign tourneys!

this is kinda what is expected when you don't invite any decent korean zerg and only 1 decent korean toss, which is still in the tourney.

Violet?

People keep forgetting about him a lot when listing the good korean zergs, don't really understand why...

stephano is also at good korean level

when he's not currently losing games he had won 100% ^^

I think he would have won if he played at yesterday's level ( Taeja games ) . However, I don't mind, he still goes to the bank ( with less money this time )

on a serious not, 1-3 day tournaments really need a losers bracket. without it, there is so much randomness (like stephano suddenly sucking hard on the eg curse). losers bracket would also lead to ppls favourites not be eliminated that quickly and genereate more ad revenue

That's then name of the series of sermons my church is doing right now. Really weird to see that sentence here lol. Anyhow, I think korean dominance stories end up being very interesting as long as people are acquainted with the koreans involved. I would argue that MKP vs DRG and Parting throughout 3 MLG events and one GSL group ended up being some of the most entertaining starcraft ever. I would argue here that the combo of Taeja, Hero. and Sase could still make for some good storylines. And like all korean terrans can, if theStc or ForGG turn on their super terran powers this will be very entertaining indeed.
