Yep, watching games live, even on football and basket it isn't "no screen" ... it's about being on a crowd who is going crazy cheering and swearing.

No you are mixing it up with discrimination because of gender. Sexism is objectifying a person, focusing on a persons sexual attributes and gender instead of her personality and professional qualities.
