Chinese Dota is still transitioning to Dota 2 from WC3 dota. While the games are very similar they're not the same and the metagame, strategies and mechanics are different enough to make it so training for Dota 1 tourneys detracts from Dota 2 progress. Now that chinese teams are focusing on Dota 2 we should see them a lot better, and the 1st round of International prelims is definitely showing that. | ||
