I'm sure it will still be possible to watch the Korean stream, one way or another. I prefer to watch it for OSL as well so I would be quite disappointed if it was not available.

Sound working now, free quality doesn't seem that bad. Better than GOM's 240p. Seems like Free is up to 360p. 480p-720p+ is $20.

I don't know how they are going to set it up with SC2, but I imagine it will be similar to how they have done LoL.
Free 360p, purchase ticket gives up-to 720p with VoD access for the entire season. VoD's become free 30 days after the games were played.

The actual page where you pay says "Only $19.99 / One Time". If it's a subscription, Twitch would say "Only $19.99 / Month".
