Or maybe he planned that in which case it obviously wasn't luck. Anti-drop HT.

European colossus style is very very good. Its a bit easier to drop so you have to be more spot on, but the transition from Colossi towards templar is a lot harder to beat in a macro game compared to HT->colossi Mana for example on a spot on day would have won against Taeja I think. He was already up 2-1 but then kind of brain-derped his way into defeat.

In total it should be a lot more gas. well true if you get another starport it will be more gas. But then it won't slow down medivac production. And plus, terrans constantly have 1-2k gas once late game hits. Seems like that just lets terrans use that gas more easily.

PvT turtle with double ups, mass gateways, never attacking just defending and expanding etc. Mana (and adelscott) was doing it before creator or anyone really in Korea.

Templar openers are pretty new, as things go.

Stemming from what I'm guessing was the amount of marines and ghosts he was producing right before running headlong into the collosus.

You don't use your second Starport for Medivacs straightaway, you first catch up the needed Viking count. Besides, as a Terran, you don't really have spare gas in midgame.
