And the one that isn't was in a group with two other Koreans. Sad display from the foreigners here. To be fair a lot of foreigners took koreans to Game 5s: Welmu vs Moon Bischu vs Moon SortOf won over Hero 3-2 JRecco vs ForGG Sase vs Puma Nightend 3-0ed Puma Suppy vs Hero Mana vs Taeja Titan vs STC The skill gap is narrowing more and more between Koreans and Foreigners I'd say. If some of those matches had gone just a little different in the final match the tournament would look WAY different right now. ForGG, Puma and TheStC aren't at Code S level though so losing to them is hardly evidence that Europeans are catching up to the Korean scene. TheStC isn't Code S level? He was in Code S this season, and only Mvp kept him from making it right back up. He still has every chance to do it in the up and downs. TheStC was last in his group and only got to face MVP thanks to a forfeit. But yeah, he may be Code S, though he's hardly shown evidence that he's one of the top 32 Koreans.
It doesn't matter if he's last in his group if he keeps being Code S. He was Code S the previous season as well, and made it to the ro16. You might say the only reason he gets to face Mvp is that he got a bye, implying that he would probably lose there, but you're neglecting to mention that the person he got a bye against was ForGG, the other person you don't think is Code S level.
