Xel'Naga was around 55-60% winrate TvZ, which is quite lopsided by SC standards. In Broodwar, if a map was 60-40 it was considered hugely imbalanced. 70-30 is pretty much unheard.

Plenty of teams have players who don't win anything. They might demote him to B team but they won't drop him completely.

He also won them an IPL team league match against FXO with a win over Lucky in the ace match.
