There is a piece of truth in it, before the patch you could delay the third for Zerg, now it has become nigh impossible. Again in game 2 NesTea had 3rd hatchery before 6 minute mark. Before the patch you could have parked Hellions outside NesTea's base and you wouldn't see 5:30 3rd hatch.

Why would I be? I have lost matches when I failed a baneling roach. Do you play zerg? Of course you don't, so my point is more valid then yours as I have done them EXCLUSIVELY for one month the last time to test timing.
