Naniwa's luck of facing terrans is over. Now he has to beat a zerg which he has 0% win rate. This is not looking good.

I don't think it was as bad as you say at release, Zerg did win the first two GSL open seasons. Mm, sure... but I would be remiss to not point out that (like I've probably said during a few times when terrans were dominating), Fruitdealer in GSL 1, and Nestea in GSL 2... were simply better than all their opponents. Fruitdealer SHOULD have lost to TOP, but after he came through that by some miracle, well, he was much better than Rainbow, that's for sure (not a diss to rainbow, just that rainbow was kind of a surprise to have even made it that far). Nestea vs MarineKing was a pretty damn close final between two good players, with Nestea having far more experience than Marineking who was pretty green still then. So yeah, it probably was really that bad honestly - you had close spawn metal and shakuras, you could get bunker or pylon blocked by 2 bunkers on every map..... It was pretty sad lol, zergs probably won mostly because not many people actually knew how to play a normal game since they spent 90% of their time cheesing.
i don't know if you remember the ultralisk bug that gave them an absurd splash radius, but that was pretty much what won it for FD over TOP 2 ultralisks could kill like 6 thors

Yeah, it like totally sucks to be the most consistent player in SC2 history.

Ahh, poor Ryung! Fell asleep yesterday. Congrats to DRG/Nestea, wasn't really any surprise haha. Looking forward to ro8 matches ^^

The first game was amazing, and the final game was amusing. Not too bad.

Ahh, I remember when Roaches were ranged 3, Medievacs were slightly faster, Hatcheries had less health. Everything but the Ultralisk glitch was against Zerg. Fruitdealer playing the way he did that season with such fantastic innovation is something I will forever remember.

Medivacs were slightly faster? They practically had the speed of Warp Prisms with the Speed Upgrade.

Ryung got tired out by the first epic game he played!!!

During the final game, I thought to myself, "This is the difference between good players and champions."
Champions know how to win, and don't care if what they do is 'cheesey' or 'easy'. He saw a obvious weakness in Ryung's opening, and punished it.
It's no different from Kobe seeing that he is being defended one-on-one at the three-point line, and instead of worrying about running a play or getting his team involved he just dribbles past the guy and dunks.

Is game 3 of losers match not working for anyone else? Really weird.

Hmm Seeker I like these new kinds of comments/recaps you give in the recommended games. It's more ambigious what happens in the game, but it still effectively shows what you felt about the game, and thus gives us an idea of what we'll be entertained/annoyed at by watching the game.

Easiest LB of the season.

It's never impressed you, once? What about in the game where he cheesed InCa i believe it was with a spine crawler rush? (I'm at work now so can't go back and find that exact game/gsl/exact player so forgive my bad memory). That never impressed you? What about the 3-2 Semi Finals in GSL March/May? (again can't remember) where he was facing the sC and won with an infestor, 10 lings and 5 mutas vs 2 thors, 2 siege tanks and 10ish marines? That didn't impress you?
Never?
Some people are so negative it's fascinating. I hope he never impresses you, because he'd have to be doing something wrong.
