I didn't know where to post it but here. First of all, I don't have anything against him. I enjoy seeing him play very much, what I don't like is how he got where he is. I hope this is ok to say, I am not blindly hating, this is more like honest criticism. He was invited to code S because of his performance in MLG providence (his probe rush simply delayed the invitation by a month or two) He was seeded first or second in MLG providence,in the bracket mostly because of the MLG points he got when he won MLG Dallas 14 months ago. In Providence he only had to play 5 games because of this seeding. He then went 3-2 (and 7-6 in maps), and placed second behind Leenock. The only thing he truly achieved is MLG Dallas 2011. But at the time there were no Koreans or even code A level players. (the best one he defeated were Pokebunny, TriMaster, Vibe, Drewbie, Machine or Kiwikaki..) He also recently won 4 bo3s in code S ? Some people say that it's the proof of his skill. I disagree. Players are code S because they qualified from code B to code A, and from code A to code S, this requires a crazy win streak. Also, when I look at the list of the event he played in since Dallas, I see only invitationals, and MLG where he got in via seeding. His GSL winrate is 33%. I love starcraft and I love the competition, this is why I find this ridiculous. This is supposed to be a competition, Naniwa got there by bypassing everything, he should not be competing in code S. Sorry for the negativity, I also root for foreigners, but I root for them to win the games, not the system.
