Kill em all! TSL_Symbol says hi Didn't watch the games, but I'd like to blame IM coach again. Symbol's weakest MU = ZvP. Protoss players used by IM: 0. Protoss players available: Seed (Code S), First (Code A), Yongwha (The next protoss Yongjwa) Not saying Symbol isn't kicking ass, because that would be a silly thing to say. But really if you're not going to prepare a proper snipe then I don't know what you're doing IM coach. I still wonder how he won coach of the year award for his coaching in the individual leagues of course. IM won 5 gsl's last year didn't they? But his decisions in Gstl. man... I find myself with more rage against his choices then a 2 bunker wall in on my ramp

Kill em all! TSL_Symbol says hi To all but MC...
It's hard to say hello to someone not in the country :3

The burden of play is so heavily on Terran in the matchup, it's insane...
Sure... you can look at a battle and say... if the vikings were here, if the ghosts were here... but it doesn't really matter so much where the templar are, where the colossus are. It's incumbent on the Terran to have perfect positioning to avoid losing all their DPS, and there's no %chance for Terran to make major subtractions from Protoss DPS.
I don't care about balance so much, but it's just not fun to watch.

Oz reverse all-kill. CALLING IT NOW! ¬_¬

Doing that is the only thing you can do on open ground , you can't flank or they will blink and outrun your vikings and can choose not to engage the army.

Semi-related question...do terrans just...not like ghosts anymore? I really can't remember the last time I watched a templar v ghost war, or a decent amount of EMPs actually landing on a protoss army. If a terran even does make ghosts, it seems they just suicide all of them. It's like after the nerf terrans just now consider EMP completely useless whereas before it would sometimes to completely one-sided engagemets.

If you keep them more directly over your army you can micro them back and any stalker blink is going into the meatgrinder of your army, if you flank from the side though a blink out leaves your vikings vulnerable and with no army near to support them.
Both are useful, you just have to not fuck up =p[/QUOTE]
Yeah but The Collosus is still out of Range of the Ground Army when stalkers Blink in , Plus vikings have 10 Range...If you flank and Stalkers blink in , just stim the bio army and Run in... When Attacking Head on , The Collosus just eat away the Ground units that stim in to Take out the stalkers..

I don't get it they never played each other.

Protoss players available: Seed (Code S), First (Code A), Yongwha (The next protoss Yongjwa)
Actually, they also have Ready who took out Moon and Min to make Code A for this season.

Sometimes he's good sometimes he's terrible + he's lost to Symbol before I think. First and Ready were not available. They both aren't on the bench. (for some odd reason)
Happy has a proven TvZ records (well prior to recent nerfs) and for all we know YoDa was trained as a TvZ sniper.
It's easy to be a couch coach. But what do we really know?

I don't think Symbol ZvP is weak. He beat Oz pretty convincely in the GSTL and smash Seed in Code A 2-0 and also beat MC 2-0 at Spring Arena 2.
It is just his least played match-up. Yoda was probably sent to sniped to Symbol but he roach/banebusted. Symbol was just on fire.

According to TLPD it actually seems like his ZvZ is his worst, but I agree, sending terrans to the slaughter (Yoda, Happy), was quite a bad decision. Especially when they have tried and true GSTL Protsses like Seed and Yonghwa.

I think the odds of fnatic winning tonight are just about impossibyul
