What you seem to want is a safe way to defend a all in without sacrificing something which should not happen. If people take a risk, they SHOULD be rewarded if a opponent doesn't take the effort to scout. I play zerg, if a terran wins with proxy 2 rax I accept it, if I lose to mass banshee and didn't scout it I accept it. Its how a RTS game is. If you don't scout, you don't win.
