HerO, Hasu, Crazy, Ryung?
Though rooting for Demuslim to break his TvP curse, and for Dimaga over Crazymoving.
Badly want nony to win this one.
Cmon buddy. I'll even ship you a cake and everything. (Or have one sent, I'm from Australia after all.)
Hasu, Dimaga, Ryung and HerO are the obvious picks. Though cant say much about Crazys ZvZ...
btw looking at the stats of Puma and HerO, I do think they want to give us yet ANOTHER final series.
Looks like its another one of those mirror matchup days.

DeMuslim vs Hero is basically for the top of the group, and as a huge demuslim fan I'm still not hopeful, his TvP sucked last time I saw it, and Hero is in boss form. Still praying for an upset!
Meh, the results couldn't be more obvious outside of Dimaga vs CM, though Dimaga should take that.
This group is actually quite boring now. Hero is almost guaranteed first spot with Demuslim second.

Updated OP. Nony vs Demuslim will be aired tonight.
Sweet, double dose of Demuslim with Rotti casting!
Hasu,... Dimaga,... Ryung,... Hero,.... & Demuslim.
GOOO DIMAGA!!!! ZvZ is your best matchup! You gotta win this one!
Anyhow, my predictions
HasuObs > NonY (HasuObs is rock solid in PvP) Dimaga > Crazymoving (plzplzplz) Ryung > SjoW (Although I really want SjoW to win) HerO > DeMusliM (I love DeMusliM but he has even said himself that his TvP isn't too hot right now) DeMusliM > NonY (Funny story, the first time I actually saw DeMusliM play was against NonY, (known as Tyler then) in that Europe vs the U.S. thing)
Hasuobs>nony Dimaga>crazymoving Ryung>sjow Hero>demuslim
Demuslim opening like ThorZaIN usually does, ie 2 rax instead of 3 and then engi bay and starport. Not sure if he does that a lot also, or if it's a build he stole from ThorZaIN as they live togheter right now.
Excellent play to snipe that assimilator, a few units and all important sentries there.

Apparently Thorzain has been helping Demuslim turn things around in TvP. Incontrol was talking about how Demuslim's new TvP has been showing some decent sort of results.
Perfect timing there by DeMusliM there. 1 more!
1 down and three to go, DeMu for undefeated in NASL pool play ^^

HerO would have to be pretty drunk for that to happen! Though I will keep rooting for DeMu.

Am I the only one that's hates the commercial music with a burning passion? I wish they would use a different "song". I don't use adblock, but I don't receive commercials from nasl, and the 1-2 minutes of that banging noise is really unpleasant.

No, it's not just you. It is such an annoying sound. I don't get the commercials as well and every time that timer is ticking is really hurting my ears

The amount of people voting at that site now is ridiculous lol.
Well defended Demuslim. Now you advance to the next level and get to face the Liquid Protoss final boss
Wow, was there some mad lag in that second or something? really strange, dimaga didn't micro at all.
Dimaga had to have had some crazy lag there, he had absolutely no micro
Dimaga! Nooo! He was looking so dominant :|
That was really strange. There had to be some ridiculous lag.
NonY has done something that only Ryung before him has managed. Took a game off DeMusliM. DeMu guaranteed to advance now, and with HerO, Dimaga and Hasu to go, he can take comfort in his normally beastly TvZ against a Zerg who has a 40% w/r against Terrans this year and the luck that had all his Protoss matches scheduled at the end of the season after he's had some training with Thorzain in preparation.
If he wins 2 out of three, he's guaranteed top 2 and seeding, or if he wins 1, he's most likely going to get seeding because he's had so many 2-0s, and all he'll need is to take games off to increase points.
Wow, that was the sickest fucking hold ever.
...but he's still in a pretty bad position. I don't think Dimaga can win this
Well, that's a damn shame for Dimaga

crazymoving with that pure speedling status.

Guess slightly overhyped. 60% this year though, really good so far this year, and of his 25 vZ losses, 12 of them to Violet who seems to be his bane.
Not bad.
I wouldn't mind being 60% vs Zerg this year with half of my losses from a guy that just won 1st at Spring Arena and is a pretty sick zerg player.

Mr Bitter I feel completely the same T_T

Can Frodan and Rotterdam cast together please? please? please? That would be soooo awesome!
This may be the first time I'm legitimately impressed with Tyler's play.
Yeah great win by Nony! Lets go 2-0!
That win was boss by Tyler.
Great forcefields by Hasu
"Too fat to fit through. Story of Bitter's childhood"
LOL this is why I love the Bitterdam casts
That was a great defense by Hasuobs, and it was game by then.
That's the expected result. It's a shame Tyler couldn't play as well as he did in the first game.
I approve of no commercial, let's go in :D
Here just for Hero v Demuslim ^^
Wait sjow vs ryung d'aww...I can wait hehe

Ugh, TvT. Please two quick allins. I want to see the marquee game of the night.

Perhaps, but I'd rather see a battle for #1 in the group than a 3-3 vs a 1-4 before going to bed, as it's getting late.
Nah, Ryung wins if he makes a viking. Just one. And that's game. He has the money and the supply for it.
Silly Rotti, this is a replay, it won't be a draw.
That gg timing was just atrocious... what was Sjow thinking?
sjow is notorious for fighting WAY past the point of comeback possibility. Thing of him as the one who balances the force for every idra out there.

Yeah, that's the most questionable thing about NASL this season. Luckily it's been used like 6 times all season.
On May 25 2012 12:35 s0uljah wrote: Are you kidding me... Shattered temple is still in the map pool?
Blast from the past man...
Seriously, it is actually surprising that it is still being used. Some maps never seem to die I guess.

Sjow has barely even been making workers all game. Just playing really sloppy
Hero v Demuslim, here we go!!
lol. that was pretty funny.
Demuslim in a ridiculously good position now.
Woo nice game from Demuslim
NICE Demu!
Why 4 gate HerO? Why would you bother?
Wow, hero....Demuslim reacted really well to that gg >< gotta say, that was pretty cheezy, as soon as demuslim scouted the play, he reacted perfectly and pressed his advantage to victory (also the initial big micro mistakes etc from hero)
Hero, make a comeback!
Demuslim really tearing it up that game.
That was unfortunate for HerO moving to the side and losing 4 stalkers.. but still

You're English! You should always treat any scenario with pessimism and then when Demu wins, you get to go ballistic. That's how I coped with being a cricket fan through our dark ages till our team started doing well 2-3 years ago and got to #1.

Rotti was definitely right, Demuslim could have crushed that army.
Hmm, I wonder how that game would have turned out if Demuslim had pushed after killing those high templars...
Watching TvP's like that tend to piss me off.
demuslim def could have won that game
Really good game, such great players. Great storms and snipes constantly
Bitters commentary a bit foreign biased....
Really well played by Demuslim but he should have engaged that army earlier. Because hero wasted so many high value units attempting to kill the planetary, he had a window where his army was just so much stronger before Hero's better economy started kicking in.

Song Hyeon Snazzypants Deok!

that was the closest i've seen someone hold that all in with taht build.

A Hero pylon! Another pylon term coined in NASL.
HerO pylon: a desperation pylon thrown down to power the remains of a destroyed Artosis pylon, which actually fails to power every depowered building.
oh wow
Well done demuslim, he really managed to pull that one out. That was a game of every second counting for sure.

Hero on twitter : "fucking laggy can't control"

Nice to see Demu beat two protosses today, especially 2 liquid tosses ^^ grats
I think he dropped the cannons about 5 seconds later than he could have. Also, he may have been able to hold by saving his FF and dropping cannon on the high ground. This would be a sick game to reload the replay and see if you can hold the rush as toss :D

Yeah, hero actually was really close to holding it when it's suppsoed to be a direct counter build
Off the top of my head, Demuslim is guaranteed top 2 unless exactly the following happens. Demuslim is 0-4 in last 2 matches (doesn't even win a game) and HasuObs his next two sets 2-0, going 4-0. And then Demuslim and Hasu would be tied on score and Hasu would have won the head-to-head.

Yes, very sad
Demuslim is almost guaranteed to go to the playoffs.
Say Demuslim loses 2-0 to both HasuObs and Dimaga, putting him at 6-2 with 12-7, with Hero going into week 9 with his current 6-1, 13-3 and HasuObs 5-2 with 12-7.
So, in this scenario, the only one where Demuslim can be eliminated, if Hasu wins, Hero and Hasu qualify.
Oh really? I wasn't even aware there was cross-server lag (i.e. that there were playing cross-servers...though I guess that much should have been obvious), Hero was just that good I guess? hot dayum

Unfortunately the new Liquid house has SKT as an Internet provider, who generally have worse connectivity than Korea Telecom. I was seeing pings upwards of 500ms yesterday, the routing is really flaky and the latency changes wildly over the course of a day. We'll get it sorted out soon so it isn't an issue in future matches.

Liquid bias showing strong today! Obviously it sucks that Hero was lagging, but I wonder what the response would've been if it was an EG player struggling with lag? Probably not quite so sympathetic I imagine.

He's far far far too inconsistent. When on top form, he looks like one of the best foreigners, especially with ridiculous at times micro (g3 vs Nestea, g1 vs Oz ?) and macro but he has far too many average moments where his play slips and his strategy is questionable.

He's quite an emotional player and has big problems where he needs like perfect conditions, mouse setup etc. to be comfortable. He recognises that, he joked in the interview that he sometimes has mouse problems when there are none!
Also, I feel like his matchups are constantly in flux. He never seems to have all 3 strong at any one time. I think if he does then we'll see a Thorzain/Stephano type performance out of him, the potential is there, he just needs to hook it all up. His TvT is strong atm (recently beat Ryung) and his TvZ is arguably the best from any foreigner at the moment. If his TvP is improving (which it appears to be with these results) then I'd be keeping my eye on him for Anaheim and NASL 3 finals.

TvZ used to be average for him, and he had a 60% TvP at somepoint, and they've been gradually going reverse in time. His TvT has always been solid, if not the best.
If DeMusliM didn't have nerves.... He'd be very very good. Which is why he seems to own on ladder and practice matches, but fall to far lesser players in tournaments (and to some quite good ones as well!)

Denuslim won but he didnt Do anything similar to his wins vs nestea or something.
He scouted an all in which was poorly executed too.
Then he all inned a really greedy build and easily won. He didnt really show his skills at all.

Pathetic post of yours. DeMuslim made perfect decisions, moreover he played exactly as Terran army is supposed to be played out by David Kim - to make damage in early game to prevent lategame. He react perfectly to Nexus first build - if this is not good decision making skill then you are seriously got problem with understanding of the game.
