Looks impossible to win to me if you let the Protoss get to that stage.
Mass corrupters with fungal + neural + corruption support demolishes protoss air at any stage. He just kept constantly building useless lings and roaches.
to add to that, Zerg should have more gases since they can expand like insane while toss builds up his carrier army, so the Zerg can instant remax, it should not really be that much of a problem.

Executed properly, not really.
The way to beat that build is to not let it happen and it's precisely this threat which makes most Protosses shun the build and rarely attempt it. Most of the time trying to get it, you'll be de-railed and either have to switch up or die.
You need infestors to be able to beat it, but with feedback you cannot use infestors, which means you cannot win.

I don't think there's anything you can do. You cant engage headon because every single unit comp gets evaporated and you cant counterattack because the mothership is in position to cloak the cannons and you cant have detection present because it will get roflstomped in seconds anyway. It's basically checkmate haha
There are basically 2 ways to deal with that: 1. Get a lot of bases and then pump a ton of corruptors & infestors. This Zerg never had enough because he overcommitted for Hydras and such. 2. Don't let him get to that point. Get drop and just kill him with a doom drop.
And please refrain to talk about anything business related if you dont have any idea about how the scene has gotten to where it is today (there is actually i nice write p about that, if you care to grow a brain).
