That said, disappointing matches all round, but good to see Hero do well. Nice to see his obvious latent skill bringing home some results. I'm worried for him against Squirtle though, his good mechanics and multitasking aren't really going to give him much of an advantage in that matchup vs Squirtle's undeniable solid PvP | ||

Basically, if you pit up MKP/Polt/Jjakji/TheStC (just throwing out some names) against Parting/Squirtle/MC/Oz, I don't think I'd be able to call an outcome. I think Squirtle looks like the scariest Protoss of this season overall, even though I like Parting's and HerO's styles better. Parting is amazing at PvT and has shown some great PvP this season, and I won't call Parting vs. Squirtle that easily since teamkills tend to be weird, and Squirtle's PvZ >>> Parting's imo. I'm not sure what to think of HerO; sometimes he looks amazing, other times he looks like a scrub. Oz is interesting but seems to me to rely too much on quirky builds (not to be confused with gimmicky, just ... round-about). | ||

by then Z will be back in the ro8 and will crush any P to even it out ;P honestly i find myself rooting for MVP its like hes James Braddock in the movie "Cinderella Man". This is a rarity as i generally ALWAYS root for anything but the T lol | ||

They're both good at what they do, Hero reminds me of Oz in the way he plays, with a lot of gateway pressure and whatnot which, if it fails can make you look like an idiot. Squirtle from what I've seen hits really solid timings but spreads his stuff out a bit less. | ||
