I am creating a database to store all applicants. I will make contact with all those I did not select over the next few days. Multiple applications are not required, and do nothing to benefit chances of selection.

He is a backup meaning if he shows up and does not end up replacing another player, he is guaranteed a bracket spot in a future SWS (2-4).

Great games so far.

Highlights-
SpaceWhale is actually a really good observer from what I've seen, keep it up.
ImJorman has a sexy sexy caster voice and knows how to use it.

Yeah, gotta agree with Gofarman. Space does a pretty darn good job of both observing and casting. For his first time doing it, as he said, I'm thoroughly impressed.

Not impressed, accusations, proven or not can ruin peoples reputations.

Admin issues should be dealt with privately.

Yeah I suppose it was unprofessional to talk about but I mean we didn't say that anyone did it, we just said someone was accused of it. I am fine with what happened because nothing happened beyond accusations (thus far), and I clearly expressed that transparency is a facilitating attribute of my tournament. We are not calling anyone a stream cheater. I dunno what happened on the other stream though.

I get that at an amateur level people have some leniency to be 'unprofessional' (no negative connotation intended). However, I took issue with it when it was given out of game stream time AND (seeming) credibility by being addressed both in chat (with the casters) and verbally with other people in the vicinity !by the admin/organizer!. I would like to follow that all up with a big <3 for what you guys are doing and a reminder to read the below sentence because it is why I am trying to accurately communicate the issue.]

I wouldn't have mentioned anything if I didn't really want you to succeed, consider it some advice from the POV of a manager.

Great to see what you are doing, I'll be up in Kelowna later this summer and would love to take you out for a beer and chat about this after it is all done.

[Also edit- I understand that this could probably be taken to PM but as SpaceWhale says he would like to keep this as open and transparent as possible so I am aiming to match that so everything can be fully understood by any person trying to learn from his example.]
