Thorzain and Kas ranked above Huk and Naniwa in WC3 I'm pretty sure.
Also Grubby and SaSe are ex-WC3. ToD is also ex-WC3, not sure what happened to him in SC2.
I don't want to get between your argument, just wanted to point out a few people

Huk made r8 once ^^
r32 = bo1 groups:
beat killer, lost to bomber, beat killer.
beat Nada 2-1 in r16
lost 3-0 to MVP in r8

C'mon HuK! you were so close to code S this season, please win this!

And now the part where I actually care who wins :D Gogogogogo huk, pls don't go down to code b.

Need some more variety with these songs, this DT song is really bad (they have a couple of decent songs that they could use instead).
BtBaM please.

Hack will cheese HuK to death.
Or the other way around :p

If anything I guess he's underrated after putting up that performance (excluding the horrific move command blunder). Well Artosis is prasing him, and since I kinda know how people react, everybody will start thinking this protoss is pretty good (just made 1 bad mistake). This guy isn't good. He played badly as well through the whole game. I think aLive outplayed him all game. Not sure how good Soccer is really, his build was good anyway :p Alive outplayed him in what way? Building cloack banshees and attacking because soccers robo was idle for 20 seconds? And then you do way too much damage because socccer has terrible multitasking? And for some weird reason you get ahead 200 food to 140 food even though you "only killed around 20 probes at that time (like 10 too many). Alives harass play was nothing fantastic. He just had solid macro and soccer had terrible macro and terrible multitasking and got insanely far behind. Then alive kinda overcommited, then soccer kinda overcommited. Then soccer underproduced HT and followed it by movecommanding. This was just a mediocore game by alive who made a few mistakes and won against a bad protoss player (trust me on this - this guy isn't GSL material.) Those seem like pretty good examples of outplaying someone.
It's not so much alive outplaying soccer rather than soccer playing poorly.

I define relevent as in top 10 foreigner:
1. HuK 2. Stephano 3. NaNiwa 4. IdrA 5.MorroW 6.ThorzaiN 7.ToD 8.SaSe 9.Grubby 10.Feast
That would be my list of top 10 foreigners. 6 of which are from Wc3.

Use Chrono Boost also allows a building to regenerate shields quicker. Keep in mind that it does not allow shields to regenerate if building is under attack. It is important to note that Chrono Boost also has the effect of reducing the warp-in cooldown time on Warpgates it is cast on. While Chrono Boost cannot be used on an ally's buildings in a team game, if you control Zerg or Terran buildings they can also be Chrono Boosted. Zerg Cocoons cannot be Chrono Boosted. Chrono Boost will also have an effect on morphing buildings (such as Planetary Fortresses) and on the timer for Spawn Larva used by Queens. Competitive Usage (From Liquipedia) I've seen Zergs neural a probe and build a nexus to chrono their spires and evos before. Always amusing. Also Barracks etc. fly faster when being chrono boosted.
Wow is that really true or are you trolling?

Uhm... All of the ways you just mentioned are ways in which Alive outplayed Soccer. According to you he had less terrible multitasking(better multitasking) and had solid macro. How is that not outplaying again? Playing better = outplaying.
