I'm not sure how you define relevant but.....

MorroW
Ret
Sheth
IdrA
Dimaga
White-ra
Mana
Socke
Strelok
ClouD

To name a few o.o

If by "relevant" you mean serious title contenders vs fields of Koreans then it's pretty much Huk, Stephano and arguaaaaaaaaaably Naniwa... Which is 3 players lol

Maybe Thorzain or Kas too?

You forgot ToD and Grubby and SaSe

Not if you define relevant as serious title contenders.

I define relevent as in top 10 foreigner:

1. HuK
2. Stephano
3. NaNiwa
4. IdrA
5.MorroW
6.ThorzaiN
7.ToD
8.SaSe
9.Grubby
10.Feast

That would be my list of top 10 foreigners. 6 of which are from Wc3.

Your list is really bad =(

How is Soccer overrated? Or are you over-rating him by the praise Khaldor and Artosis are giving?

He hasn't done anything in SC2 worthy of note, when he was in WeMadeFOX, he was subpar and easily outshined by Naniwa as F.United's top toss player during their run in GSTL. If anything I guess he's underrated after putting up that performance (excluding the horrific move command blunder).

Well Artosis is prasing him, and since I kinda know how people react, everybody will start thinking this protoss is pretty good (just made 1 bad mistake).

This guy isn't good. He played badly as well through the whole game.

I think aLive outplayed him all game. Not sure how good Soccer is really, his build was good anyway :p

Alive outplayed him in what way? Building cloack banshees and attacking because soccers robo was idle for 20 seconds? And then you do way too much damage because socccer has terrible multitasking?

And for some weird reason you get ahead 200 food to 140 food even though you "only killed around 20 probes at that time (like 10 too many).

Alives harass play was nothing fantastic. He just had solid macro and soccer had terrible macro and terrible multitasking and got insanely far behind. Then alive kinda overcommited, then soccer kinda overcommited. Then soccer underproduced HT and followed it by movecommanding. This was just a mediocore game by alive who made a few mistakes and won against a bad protoss player (trust me on this - this guy isn't GSL material.)

Those seem like pretty good examples of outplaying someone.

It's not so much alive outplaying soccer rather than soccer playing poorly.

If one guy is playing poorly and you are not playing poorly how are you not outplaying him?

Because you are playing better than him (better multi tasking ,better macro) hence outplayed... right?

Well I will myself only use the phrase "ouplayed" if someone actually plays really well. Tbh any foreign pro terran player could play that game the same way as Alive did (in the early part) and "outplay" Soccer.

But yeh Alive did play better than Soccer.

Use

Chrono Boost also allows a building to regenerate shields quicker. Keep in mind that it does not allow shields to regenerate if building is under attack.

It is important to note that Chrono Boost also has the effect of reducing the warp-in cooldown time on Warpgates it is cast on.

While Chrono Boost cannot be used on an ally's buildings in a team game, if you control Zerg or Terran buildings they can also be Chrono Boosted. Zerg Cocoons cannot be Chrono Boosted. Chrono Boost will also have an effect on morphing buildings (such as Planetary Fortresses) and on the timer for Spawn Larva used by Queens.

Competitive Usage

I've seen Zergs neural a probe and build a nexus to chrono their spires and evos before. Always amusing.

Also Barracks etc. fly faster when being chrono boosted.

i feel like korean zergs are stuck in the past when they are in korea then go super saiyan on foreigners

case and point would be neastea using the 12min roach max vs toss in ipl4 multiple times then in korea he goes mutas. idk wth

Cause korean protoss are good enough to actually defend it and foreigners aren't?

Not if you define relevant as serious title contenders.

I define relevent as in top 10 foreigner:

1. HuK
2. Stephano
3. NaNiwa
4. IdrA
5.MorroW
6.ThorzaiN
7.ToD
8.SaSe
9.Grubby
10.Feast

That would be my list of top 10 foreigners. 6 of which are from Wc3.

Your list is really bad =(

True Dat, seems like he just randomly threw in wc3 players..

I mean Feast? Kid is good, but come on.
Grubby, he is good, but nowhere near being a contender.
