Thanks to all of the teams who have signed up so far! This is a promising start. We'll definitely have to figure out a way to get a prize pool going for future weeks.

By the poll under the When section, so far it looks like later in the night might be better for future tournaments. I'll set up a poll to figure out a more exact time once this tournament is over and we'll experiment to find out where we can accomidate the most teams.

Also just a heads up, I'll need some people Sunday night to mess around on a 2v2 map so I can test-run the stream. You can worker rush or whatever, it'll just be to test my stream since no experienced casters have offered their services yet and I do want some live coverage.

Very nice to see tournamets for teams!

It would be nice to see lower leagues and 3v3 or 4v4! my Battlefield 3 team is really interested but we are in silver =(

My friend and I are platinum and even though we didn't make it too far we had alot of fun.
The tournament is in a really friendly environment and pretty well organized. Another cool thing is
that if you make it a bit further in the bracket or even if you ask for it, your game might be casted and
streamed. Well thank you again to the organizers for this really nice idea and we will sign up
for sure for the upcoming tounaments. cheers!

My partner and I got knocked out in the quarterfinals on Monday but we will definitely be back. This event was surprisingly well organized and looks like it will only get better. You can count on us being there every Monday.

Edit: Also, is next weeks tournament created yet? Wanted to go ahead and sign up.

Tournament #2 is public now! Please note the rule changes:

Both semifinals will be casted. If you make it to the semifinals, please wait for the casters before playing.
If you forgo the veto process before the first game in a match, the loser for subsequent games can pick from any map in the map pool
Special for this tournament: The finalists from the last tournament will be playing a show match the hour before. If they sign up for the tournament, their 10 minute walkover time for the first round will not start until after the show match is over. That way they can still participate if they wish.

We'll be doing the next one (#3) the following Saturday (May 5th) in the afternoon. It'll still be on NA though, but if you have or can borrow an NA account you're welcome to join! From the poll in the topic it looks like it will be 19:30 GMT (+00:00). If that turns out to be a better time to get more teams, it will become the regular time.
