Flash is the dominant player in bw but the last 2 champions are Fanta and Jangbi, Flash wasn't even in the finals,skt1 is the PL winner. With the bw pros switching there's going to be a lot more different champions

PS: When I think about it, its really nice to have another zerg in ro16 tho =) MMA overextended with smaller armies, so Leenock was able to take out MMA's army and it all went downhill for MMA from there

yes but you get one point for each player going through! (NaDa looks like an odd bet to me tbh)

People somehow think that BW is dominated by one person.

If InCa gets through his group he could make another run at the finals. He thrives on Protoss success.

Yeah I never got why so many people got that impression. In BW winning 3 of the same tourney is such a huge deal, The competition is hard as hell

I will be happy to see mvp recover well but I do not think MKP would be happy to see. MKP is very confident this season and I think it is safe to say if there is anyone can stop from being 1st, it will be MVP.
In fact I do think if MC, MVP and nestea can play their best, any of them will stop MKP. I think they are better players.

Seeing how well Nestea did at a foreign marathon event when It's well known his specialty is preparing for matches I have faith in him to go far or even win this season.

I think MKP's TvP is better than MC's PvT atm, and the same goes for MKP's TvZ vs Nestea's (notoriously weaker) ZvT.

Yay more zerg to ro16! Poor Nada :/

Unfortunately i think his wrists are still in a bad condition. Shame really, he had such good builds, star sense, great macro/micro and intelligent play. Well, even with better wrists MVP was never too good against P While true it wasn't like he was MMA levels of bad vs P, 63% KR and 68% int is pretty respectable. He always found ways to win it, even if it wasn't the same brutally dominant play he showcased vT and vZ at his peak. He either played not very good protoss's in long games and looked like he was going to lose (im thinking of games vs creator when creator was a nothing player) or he all ins vs players he considers on his caliber to avoid playing the long game. Maybe that is the clever thing to do, considering the state of late game TvP.

Well that's kind of my point, he might not have been great at the match up but he found ways to win. I don't think it really matters how you advance as long as you do?

I hope I'm not the only one really looking forward to the Inca vs Nestea match? Inca's actually shown some pretty cool stuff in PvZ lately. I doubt he'll win but I'm kinda looking forward to seeing what he can bring to the table this time.

Mc and Nestea are pretty happy, especially Nestea. Mvp is probably happy 2 since he said he wanted to beat ppl who defeated him last year.

With the bw pros switching there's going to be a lot more different champions But what is missing from SC2 is lack of consistency; the only thing consistent is that every season we see champions and top 4's drop down in the first round. I mean yea, it happens in BW too here and there, but no where as near as often.
Something is definitely missing in SC2. I mean upsets are great and create excitement for the games, but when it happens too often, it definitely isn't very fun to watch from the fan's perspective.
Because you'll simply end up with either a) leaving fans in disappointment and not being able to watch their favourites for a long time until the next season b) a bunch of fans that aren't real fans but just band-wagon hoppers that just jumps onto whoever is doing well that season
Not a good thing for the game either way.

He's probably talking about a curse that Flash surely put on anyone who had beaten him in BW way back in the day. Even if it was like... one game. lol.
+ Show Spoiler +But really, he's just sour that Flash lost 2 games in the recent SKT vs. KT finals, including the ace match, allowing SKT to win 4-3 FUCK YEAH.
