This is a tournament not ladder. MKP IS doing serious builds that he's practiced and has had success with otherwise he wouldn't risk it with so much money, respect, and reputation on the line.

If you think MKP was serious with that build you clearly dont know anything about starcraft
I know a lot more then you do and I'd be willing to put money on that. People said the same thing about Flashes style. Look where he's at now.

Marineking was not trolling. He was only able to scout the main once (thank you ST_Legend) and did not see colossi for a long time, just the chargelots. The split DT harass kept him on his toes. Then marineking basically didn't have time to tech switch after seeing the colossi and sniping some and whitera rebuilt and destroyed his army. In a way it was a build counter, but whitera didn't miss a beat.

Rumcake won 2-0 in an epic fashion. Both games neared an hour, heavy heavy macro. Nice play by rumcake.
Mvp also went mech the second game. The vortex that trapped all the tanks probably won the game for Rumcake.

You have poor understanding of the game. Marineking is known to do trolly stuff. If you think he is 100% serious all the time, justify why he nuked his entire army vs Drewbie in a TvT and promptly lost. Justify no factory tech vs Protoss at 20 minute mark.

MVP was the standard solid play all game every game Terran - and MKP was the crowd favorite.

First of all, he didn't now it was a 3base 3 robo collosi build. If he did, he would NEVER have done that build no matter what because it is an auto-lose army composition. It's like building only reapers against 3 base mass stalkers.
White-ra wasn't doing a 'build'. He saw his opponent literally refused to put down a factory and decided to capitalise on his opponent trolling around.
