Well it IS about time. We are pleased to announce the prize fund for our Multiplay Starcraft 2 cup at Insomnia45. With a minimum prize pool of £2,000 scaling up to £3,000 – that’s a possible £1,500 for first place. Just for you.. yes – you! All you have to do is win :D.
All you need to do to take part is attend as a BYOC ticket holder – bring your own PC and sign up for the tournament here. Then you just need to get practising for the best SC2 tournament in the UK! If you want to earn a free ticket – simply come and win our online qualification tournament. Simple? We think so!

Insomnia44 – IPL4 UK Starcraft 2 Qualifier Main Stage
The event takes place on the 4th-7th May 2012, and the tournament will span Friday – Sunday, with the grand final on our main stage Sunday night! If you cannot bring your own PC why don’t you consider renting one of ours (SOLD OUT - sorry!). You will find us at the Telford International Centre, England and there are plenty of places to stay on site and nearby and there is so much going on throughout the weekend, including our 2v2 Fun Tournament and loads of exhibitors. Also – don’t forget the live Barcraft!

Quoted for third confirmation of the truth. i21 was probably the best LAN I have ever attended. I think out of 5 days of gaming, I spent 24 solid hours laughing my face off. Even if you do not take part in the big tournaments, iSeries is such an awesome event to attend with your mates. Just show up, play games, watch some esports, have a drink and have the best weekend ever.

NEWS: Martijn is confirmed as the second LIVE CASTER at the event, alongside JoRoSaR!
TotalBiscuit and Apollo were first put together at an Insomnia event, and I like to think I have a good eye for caster choices. This time we put together two guys that have never casted before, and we are sure they will entertain you all weekend long!

UPDATE: Added the map list for the LAN event, and spoilerified (yes its a word, one I just made up) the online qualifier section now its over, so there is no confusion.

can't wait for this festival... my first proper LAN. After a few visits to London Barcraft I'm interested to see what the difference is going to be like at a main event
