its to a certain extent true. good players can lose to bad players because theres less ways to use your higher skill to your advantage | ||

TBH, Cella hasn't been looking too strong last time I checked, which was during the Cella vs Dragon showmatch where Dragon smashed Cella. However, Cella may have been practicing hard recently, so I dunno if that was indicative of anything. | ||
