Maybe it's because I just woke up, but the MMA vs Puma series seemed very dull and boring. I generally like TvT quite a bit, the recent GSL games, especially the group stages of MVP, Gumiho and Alive, were very exciting.
It kind of looked like normal ladder games, rather than high level professional play.
MMA played a very nice first game but was pretty awful in the rest. Puma for his part took full advantage.

Terrible reads by mma..Puma was being aggressive and delaying his 3rd and MMA kept dumping all his money into extra CCs and upgrades with no siege mode and no units. The tiny army he did have wasn't even enough to beat the reinforcements of puma much less his main army. That was way to greedy :/

When are Terrans going to get it through their heads that you have to get siege mode and tanks early in this matchup? I just don't understand it. Far, far, far too many games are being decided by this no-siege early game.

I said this im the Day 1 thread. MMAs success in TvT is entirely dependant on how well he prepares. You see games where he prepares set builds for the maps and crushes the best terrans in the world, then games where he loses to people he really should beat.

Only reason Feast loses to MC is because he really really wants revenge on MMA.

Why would stephano even take a GSL seed when his weakest matchup is ZvT. Its much easier to make money in europe

my exact sediments. After getting completely owned in the first game, MMA KNEW he was the better player and just decided to play greedy. Puma just played to his strengths and MMA basically gave him the game.... really silly.
Ganzi and MMA should stop thinking they must cut corners to get ahead in teh early game when that clearly is their weakness.
