But it is quite enjoyable to see the likes of HuK, IdrA, and Sen get completely demolished. Foreigners are given Code S seeds because they're not going to live in Korea for 6 months just to "work their way up" to Code S. You've got a very small number of people (like HuK and IdrA) who are actually willing to uproot their lives and move to another country for a very long period of time. If the GSL wants foreigners in their tournaments (which they obviously do), there has to be some incentive provided to people who don't live in Korea

Let's say a korean player has allready "uprooted" himself and moved to Europe or the US and having a lot of success in foreign tournaments, i think it's not a far reach to give them a seed in Code S, as long as the standards are somewhat comparable to placing high up in Code A.

Battle of foreign tourney titans!!! I think MC will take it, because of the state of the game, but Puma is one of those who I trust can overcome that. He also has the psych edge. The only thing I'm predicting is a deciding game.

For example GSL announces before a tournament that say the highest finishing non Code S player at IEM will win Code S. Much like they were doing with MLG. I'm cool with that. But I don't like how they are currently just arbitrarily picking players based on how many fans will buy a pass because of them. That's pretty lame.

If what you say is true about the fan thing, I would definitely upgrade my ticket to Premium+ to see Stephano.

I really hope he gets a chance to play in the GSL if he does go back. Personally I think Stephano can compete with any Korean toss and zerg. His zvt is pretty good 2. But it seems codeS terrans are a bit too much for him to deal with. Would like to see him play in GSL tho.
