I know the EU qualifier was broadcast first, maybe it was played first as well and he played in it for the extra chance to qualify? | ||

This of course have to be balanced to be fair times for the players and logistic issues at the evenue (maybe it closed at a certain time and so on). It is the reality of any international tournament though and you can't please everyone. Personally I think it would be better to move the tournament one day earlier in the week so the final is played saturday/sunday. It would still be good times for us viewers but it would allow many international viewers to watch the finals live. | ||

Dreamhack's finals are on a Monday during the time when I am waking up to get ready for work. That is very optimal for North American viewers. MLG is fine, because the Euro tournaments do the same thing to us. It is 11:30 in the morning and Assembly is in full swing. How is that fair? Don't tell me to get a better job where I can watch it or something along those lines, because I do work a Mon-Fri job 8am-4:30pm(which is optimal for most entertainment). | ||
