Look at the current game. Protoss has to micro to stay alive. Terran has to micro to win the game. If you're going to whine about balance, whine about something that actually can be interpreted as rational thought.
Actually, Genius hardly had to micro at all to stay alive and/or win that game. A couple forcefields that weren't even used in battle and just to slow down the Terran and then he a-moved his army into the contain while focusing the tanks with the the Immortals. That's all the micro it took. Take the first game and tell me my statement doesn't apply. Alive completely outmicroed Genius in the first big battle which left him about even (or maybe just very slightly ahead) and he couldn't press because of that. Then in the next big battle Genius gets off two good storms and he's able to press all the way into the Terran's natural/main and win the game.

DRG is extremely good at the early game as well, and can easily drag games into Hive tech.
