Or GuMiho, who is very good. Then obviously you've got the fact almost no one wants another Terran in the final. You're making assumptions and it's making you look like a troll. Popularity alone does not warrant merit. The way Gumiho has played this season he deserves every bit of his success. If popularity alone determined who made it to the finals, then most of the pros should just quit because they have no place in the finals. May the best man win, popularity is for noobs. When did I state any of this was my opinion? I was trying to summarise the general tone of the thread. My statement applies to the general tone as well. Just because it's a popular tone doesn't mean it's correct. And yet you say I'm making assumptions and I'm looking like a troll. Leave the personal attacks out thanks. If you're going to make a statement, you're going to take some responsibility for it. If you're not going to claim any responsibility for the statement why not just stay quiet and not say anything? You can't just make a statement and then back out of it when you get called out on it and say you didn't mean it. Why bother saying it then? As I was trying to say to FXOpen it really wasn't worth defending his player from the pointless anti-Terran bias you get in any LR thread, and as I'm a Terran player god damn do i notice it.
It had nothing to do with terran.
Some guy is calling luck. Sure luck might play a part of getting into GSL. But staying in has nothing to do with luck.
