Keen is inconsistent, but he's beaten players considered better than him before, a lot times, he just sucks against Nada.

Every Zerg has trouble with Terrans who can macro and multi-task very well, while being able to micro marine-tank if it counts. (SuperNoVa, GuMiho, MMA, Mvp etc.)
