That may be true, but did you watch his matches this entire tournament? The style he plays just isn't a macro style and as everyone says is very risky.
I don't really like watching MC because I already know what he's going to do there isn't enough variety in his play. In my opinion that was exposed badly last night. I'm not going to say he sucks but I think we're going to see him struggle unless he adapts his style a little bit.

I'm not so sure about Hero so far. Until he shows his full potential he can't be in the top 5 imo but that other guys list was surely retarded. I'd throw Genius in there instead of Hero for sure either way.

I don't really agree with either of these lists but why are you putting Hero or Parting above Genius right now? I love watching Hero play but until he has some success in Code S I just can't put him up there at the moment and this was partings first attempt at Code S. Genius's play has been on another level this tournament. He's made it look easy so far.

Since we're going for a Top 5 list:
1) Genius
2) MC
3) Oz
4) Parting
5) Puzzle
With Genius being a tentative first. We'll see whether he can pull off sustained no1 play, or whether his (self-proclaimed) lucky streak will end. Oz is only up there by virtue of his play last season, and because he just barely lost out on getting to Ro8. His PvZ is also better than Parting's, and probably his PvP as well.

I'd never put a player as the best of his race from just one GSL. There's no denying that Genius' play was the strongest of all the protoss this round. However, we can't know if it's just a hot streak unless he repeats the performance next season. A lot of people including myself were ready to declare Leenock the best zerg after last November and look how that turned out. The top 5 toss is super close but right now I'd say
1. Mc
2. Puzzle
3. Genius
4. Oz
5. Parting
