Well, Supernova is a Code S player and Real isn't even near the level of the top tier toss players in EU (Bling, TITAN, Bischu, Socke etc.). Even in EU he's known for being a notorious cheeser who doesn't really win macro games against anyone, and he's beating supernova (a guy who beat MC in GSL just some weeks ago). It doesn¨t really make any sense.

I'd be the same if Catz was winning a bo5 against aLive or something.

supernova almost lost to slivko. got completely outplayed and won cause slivko made 1 bad decision of basetradeing.
you overrate the shit out of him and you make it sound like real is some super noob. real practise with mma and in general has sick builds with sick execution.

Real is not a supernoob, but he's not near the top tier EU protosses. I'm not overrating SuperNoVa, but anyone who has watched SuperNoVas usual play knows his playing below his standards by far. Real practicing with MMA? that's a really stupid argument since SuperNoVa practices with pretty much all of the korean top tier players.

Real has played better in 2012 than any other EU Protoss.

i dont really like ReaL but this guy has a point :D, he did get pretty good results. i guess he is pretty on par with Feast?

Both MaNa and Naniwa are better than Feast. The thing is, neither of them did participate in any tournaments so far.Feast is, in my opinion, slightly ahead of ReaL, just as Grubby is. They qualified for some major events coming soon, we should wait to say things like this. Also, ReaLs performance in HSC4 was terrible, he played a ton of sloppy games :/

I wouldnt really compare players like Sase, Nani, and ToD with the EU players any longer, because it seems to be huge gap between them.
But looking at the latest months, IMO the european top protosses are Grubby, Nightend, Pomi, Feast, Socke etc.

MaNa is still europeans top protoss in my opinion if you eliminate the korean europeans like Nani

Yes I agree, I meant if you consider recent results. Mana is IMO the best non korean protoss(excl people who live in korea).

having half decent mining is useful too heh.

SuperNova making less mistakes and crushing Real these last two games. Wonder if we'll see Real go for shenanigans in game 5 or whether he'll play standard.

Real has gone Ro4 at IEM Sao Paolo.
Ro8 at HSC4.

The only only other event this year has been IEM Kiev.

No way did another EU Protoss play better than that.

Whether he's better or not overall he's played the best Starcraft in 2012.
