I just checked it out myself, and it's explicitly states that Light ticket users only get the HQ Live stream while Premium Users get the Dual Streams. It sucks that it's not specifically stated in large letters "LIGHT TICKETS ONLY GET THE MAIN HQ STREAM, SORRY," but you have to infer.
Also, the extreme lag on the website that some people might be experiencing/the GOM player not working right is probably due to the incredible load of a GSL Code A day that is stacked to the gills with players everyone cares about. You can always pay 20 bucks and watch some really cool VODs of a lot of matches.

It's pretty slippery on their part to NOT explain that plainer. I didn't think something like this would be an issue when purchasing my ticket, and clearly a bunch of other people didn't either.
