Bomber proved hes still among the worlds best Terrans, and Gumiho shows that FXO is the hottest team right now, having almost all their lineup in Code S. GuMiHo has been one of the world's better terrans for a while now too. This group went exactly as it should've.

These games don't have drama around them.
Also, people should be happy that GOM no longer plays meaningless games, isn't that what everyone wanted?
Im not trying to be annoying but would they have done that without what naniwa did is the million$ question

Because Bomber and GuMiHo are better than the other four players?

GuMiHo is really good at making new builds.Killer is definitely Code B material,i cant see him in code A or S.

Nice to see Bomber in Code S!

Isn't the first time they do that, it happens in past games of up and down matches. Gsl october group C, check liquipedia.
I think the naniwa incident was an exception, because they wanna show all the games, a special event. Not judging btw, just posting to clarifiy the matter and that wrong impression.

First HuK, then MorroW, and there was Stephano and Naniwa the week before. Damn, foreigners aren't doing too well still at the GSL.

Blizz cup was a different story because they were all invited players with more emphasis on each match.
E: dammit, ninja'd typing on my phone takes too damn long

For the millionth time, Blizzard Cup wasn't an invitational tournament. Qualification criteria were known before a single person (outside the top 2 GSL ranks which were known for a long time) qualified.

Everytime i see a game like the one Gumiho vs. Morrow, something SC2-related dies inside of me...

Sorry, you know what I meant. How do you call it then, because it wasn't exactly a tournament with "normal" qualification procedures.

i agree, morrow had no qualifications to even be invited to an up and down match.

This is for sure a sad zealot situation. 0-6 in PvT is what we have come to expect, but it never stops stinging.

HuK has been falling off recently Alicia has never been the same after losira destroyed some seasons ago Tassadar was never good Killer was the hero of protoss some seasons ago, but he was never a "S-class" protoss
On the other hand, Bomber and gumiho are both very good players.
You need to accept that there's not as many good protosses or zergs as there's good terrans in korea(Yeah it makes me sad too since I'm a zerg).
|
I think Protoss players need to not freak out about this group. SangHo has been sooooooo off his game for months now, he hasn't looked good since like September GSL or something along those lines. As for Tassadar, he is a largely unproven talent, with one good Code A run and a couple stints in Code B (I'm a Protoss player btw, I just don't think all that much of these two in particular).
