This statement of yours is false. Even "low IM players" would dismantle Mous with the greatest of ease. Regular QnX players are pretty much on equal footing as far as skill goes with Mous. An 1 upper tier player from IM could all kill Mous. So no there really isnt a shot in hell of Mous even coming close to winning this. At max they may pick up maybe 2 games but thats it.

You really underestimate mouz I think. Yes, an MVP/Nestea/Losira all kill is perfectly reasonable, yes, a happy all-kill wouldn't be the biggest upset ever, but mana and thorzain are among the top europeans with hasuobs and morrow very close behind. All of the big four are at the least capable of taking games off koreans, and bigs proved himself the other week as well, taking down alicia and ryung.

If QIM come out all guns firing, they should dismantle mouz. But that's not what people do in team leagues, they use them as a platform to give tournament experience to their lesser players, so I expect some more korean b-teamers and quantic bros in the mix. And as such, I think mouz has a reasonable chance.

LOL Did you even know who Slayers send out? Their top tier terran such as MMA,Ganzi,Taeja were not send out and they were sending their B-teamer such as Soccer and etc to gain experience.Plus,MMA had MVP to play for the blizz cup semi-finals and thats why they never send the top terrans.

I'm not saying that mouz is the favorite here. If IM uses their best players, they will probably crush them. But a statement like "Even "low IM players" would dismantle Mouz with the greatest of ease. " is just bullshit, because mouz has already proven that they can beat those mid-tier koreans. I mean even qxc all-killed those "low IM players".~

Actually Soccer was sent out. He played under the name Ven for Slayers.

And Mouz earned that win, but it's true SlayerS didn't send out their top talent to take mouz on. I just want to see Thorzain vs. Naniwa or MVP for this series. But I do think QIM will take this easily. 5-2 or 5-3. Then again, Mouz somehow someway does shockingly well in these clanwar type series. If they pulled a win, I think we'd all be shocked, but deep down sort of expected it in the back of our minds as well. As amazing as MVP and NesTea is, remember what MVPTails did to them in GSTL? Who knows, that could happen here.

I hate when players change their names >.>
But the previous statement of "even low IM players would dismantle mouz" is still stupid. I don't see why people base their arguements on hypothetical cases, also qxc all-killed IM, including MVP. Obviously IM has odds in their favour, that doesn't mean Mouz can't win.

The guy you quoted was answering to a guy, who asserted, that even "low-level" player of IM aka. B- or even C-Teamers would dismantle Mousesports easily, which was proven wrong with the defeat of Slayers, who were using not their Top-Lineup. Even then Ryung, Puzzle or Alicia are far from "low-level" even by Slayers standards.

EDIT:

Furthermore, the Quantic-Players on the level of the A-Roster aka. Big 4 of Mousesports are only Naniwa and Sase. The reason for Mousesports success in Team-Leagues is the fact, that they have 4 guys on the foreign top level, who can individually carry the team if necessary. What makes it even more impressive, is the fact that they don´t need Koreans to do that.

When comparing the rooster length I feel like watching 300...

Should IM send out their ace players I really can't see them losing, hopefully they'll aim to please with a few surprise players.

Hell, all I want from this is a Thorzain vs Naniwa.

When were these games played? I know that these are only replays but what how many weeks before were these games played?

Some time in the last four days. Mouz played Slayers just hours before that match was broadcast (which was Thursday I believe) so it had to be some time since then.

Well this is going to be interesting, I wonder if QIM will send Quantic players or IM players, depends on that whether mouz advances.
With an average game length of 7m36s over his 6 games in GSL3, this is a no-brainer. BitByBit pulls more SCVs than yo momma at a club on Mar Sara. ♞
