Complete fucking joke. yea but 6 pools actually win games, probe rushes dont. MOON fucking 6 pooled in the finals of a dreamhack, was he trying to lose??? Doesn't matter, Idra obviously didn't want to play the game that he 6 pooled in, in an MLG where the game could have meant something if he did win, compared to this meaningless game.

Oh yea, aren't you special. Disrespecting people for expressing disappointment with Naniwa's unprofessionalism in an otherwise professional produciton. Is there any Korean in the GSL that would do what Naniwa did? no. Did people pay to watch Naniwa vs Nestea, the most hyped up match in the group stages? Yes. What Naniwa did suggests that he believes he's bigger than the GSL. If that's how he feels he doesn't belong there. I'll be emailing Gom too. Looks like I'm a reddit hero ... go report the 6 pools too... especially those after they lost a game... In the future people will report every cheeser as they are disappointed and the player is unprofessional for not playing a "proper" game
they're not the fucking same. I think you can tell the difference between someone 6 pooling trying their best to win than someone probe rush and 1-a them

His mental state in regards to the game is awkward and weird, but still loved. Its different from Naniwas though, in an almost indescribable way. Idra comes off as being sane. Naniwa comes off as being kind a pychopathish imo. Just the way he looks and his mannerisms
Example of this would be that Naniwa Kill the Batman picture out there XD

It isn't because hes good though, that's for sure. Stars just simply align for him at certain times, when they don't we all see just how un-skilled he is.

Acording to poll, most people accepted it. Who cares about minorities complaints?

Nobody's saying boxing isn't a professional sport now are they? I think you will find Tyson was heavily punished and ridiculed for that
Perspective everyone. People are treating naniwa as if he just committed a homicide. In the grand scope of things it's not a big deal.

Ah, so you're saying Naniwa, like Mike Tyson, should be fined and banned from professional play for a long period of time and vilified forever by both the public and the entire SC world as an unprofessional douchebag who brings his sport into disrepute?
I feel that's a tad unfair...

If money is on the line, that could be counted as match fixing =/ They both could, but they probably won't You mean kinda like how Coca wanted to play an extra game against his friend in a random tournament, so he threw away game 2, and then got kicked out of GSL and demoted from his team?

And NaNi officially makes Destiny look like Quantic's manner-bear in comparison. Spectators are mad. The only reason Naniwa makes any money at all is because people find SC2 entertaining. Without the entertainment value, there is no reason to advertise, leaving no sponsors. Tourneys make no money, teams make no money, and players make no money. Naniwa's screwing himself. The difference between Grack and Grohan is that Greg never flipped off his viewers. He never disrespected the fact that the spectators are the reason he's employed, and when he BMs, he keeps it entertaining, whether purposefully or not.
We'll see how the community as a whole reacts, and based on that, Naniwa will face some consequence for his actions. I have a hard time seeing Quantic be quiet about this, especially considering some of its more...honest...representatives.

I feel so terrible for Nestea

To those arguing that there was nothing on the line. Have u ever watched football leagues? Meaningless matches are usually played at the end of the seasons and the teams played to win. Even though they might not use their best players but no team purposely throw the game away. Naniwa is very unprofessional and deserves a punishment.

A few pages back someone actually said they hope it's the end of his Starcraft career.. like seriously? Actually, he does play games to entertain us. That's what eSports is. Advertisers and sponsors financially support professional SC2 players, teams and tournaments because of viewers like us. There are viewers because we are entertained by the games. See how this eSports thing works?
Sorry but you are wrong. Esport is were it is due to the competative nature, not because its entertainment. Players play to win and its that excitement that brings the crowds. The players are no fucking clowns whos job is to amuse tl.net.
Then as a side effect we have had a situation were sponsors can also make money from clowns who cant win but draws viewers by entertaining, such as incontrol and destiny. But you cant put that as the nr 1 position for a player and not compare it with competative gaming.
Naniwa play to win, not to entertain!

it would be beyond funny if naniwa would have to search a new team again. he's almost as good as major, or is he even better?
