No competitive player would ever want to play a game with no meaning at all. You know, usually at the end of a soccer/basketball/your-favourite-sport season, there are some games that dont matter at all. The champion is clear, the relegated teams are clear (if it is not NBA), etc etc. Are the remaining games played? Yes, of course. Was Naniwa tilted after such a bad run? Yes, of course. But you know what - professionalism means that you do what your obligations are, no matter how do you feel, no matter what you you want to do. What he did was basically throwing the game, which was not professional and he should not have done that, this is why so many people are pissed off. Am I personally pissed off? Hell no, I don't care about Nani and I didn't watch the game, although I'm mildly entertained by the whole drama. But still, what he did was wrong. | ||
