Contrary to popular belief Stephano is not from the States, any mindless spam asserting otherwise after this time (19:48 KST/ 5:48 AM EST/ 10:48 GMT) will meet a moderator response. We have enough confusing spam posting in LR threads these days. Lets try to keep the love for everyone's favourite French zerg reasonable. And as always: - No player bashing. - No caster bashing. - No balance whining. Enjoy the games.

Im saying the rules are stupid, and that no person in this world exists that would fuck over another person from the same nationality.

He also knew everything that was going on in MC's base and knew exactly what to prepare for. Game was pretty much over when DRG secured his bases while MC was still dealing with the harass. The mutas gave DRG that economy lead and then just pumped out roaches from that. Also those phoenix's died as the infestors came out...they didn't really do much before then at all

It shouldnt have been head to head record, there should have been a final tie breaker, so loser plays versus Stephano I really wish post like this would get banned. You are insulting MC character by saying he would throw a game to fix matches without any evidence. Dont be throwing accusations like that around without some proof. Also anyone saying MC would lose a match to anyone on purpose is laughable, MC has to be one of the most prideful SC2 players out there.

I understand that templars were useful as well, but I feel like MC should have eased up on Archons, wait before moving out and include some Archons... Nah, against mutas, heavy templar and archons are the best choice.

Sadly HerO did not show his potential (2 times FE vTP?), while DRG and MVP showed well prepared builds. Don't know why Stephano wanted to RoachLing-Bust on Dual Sight, but MC's forcefields saved the day.

It's a fair system, used in most tournaments, and in many sports. It doesn't make that much sense to play again, after they've already played 1-on-1. Consider that the loser wins... and advances, then they will be actually 1-1, but the one who won the second game advances. Many people would protest about that too.

I say let MC play Stephano for the right to advance. That's some joke of a system. Stephano defeated DRG, who bested MC, if my knowledge of algebraic logical operators is correct, Stephano>DRG>MC leads to Stephano>MC. I'm surprised to see this "creativity" in a Korean tournament. DRG is 3-1 though.

Maybe I'll feel better tomorrow. Yeah its always disheartening when you favourite player/team/athlete get beat in a great tournament but the next day you just realize that the tournament is full of the best of the best and that it will be great and worth the watch no matter what!

He covered all three bases, lost some probes and a templar archives, took all the mutas to red. Did this without blink and getting his templar archives sniped. But purely the map control mutas gives won him the game. He could have probably do no damage with the mutas, just let the pure roach stream come in and still win.

YOU wouldn't fuck over someone from your own nationality in an individual tournament. And that's where the problem is.

But that might be why MC decided to not go for a two base all-in, since it's predictable. Sucks that Stephano's tournament fate was decided on such a bad map. But then Stephano had his tournament fate in his own hands until he lost vs. MC doing a roach-ling all-in. I think the reason Mc decided to expand was because he saw the zerg had burrow.
